Nestled in a deep valley upstream from the Tama-gawa River, Hatonosu-so is conveniently located for sightseeing in the Okutama area, being near Hatonosu-keikoku Valley, Okutama-ko Lake, and the Nippara-shonyudo limestone caves. With the addition of a new private hot spring, guests can enjoy two types of hot springs, including one brought in from “Tsuru-no-yu Onsen”, while enjoying a view of Hatonosu-keikoku Valley. All rooms are nonsmoking Western-style rooms with bathrooms and toilets overlooking the Hatonasu-keikoku Valley from the balcony. The full-course Italian dinner, which can be served with chopsticks, is very popular, using seasonal ingredients enhanced by the nature of Okutama, such as Akikawa-gyu beef, Ome-buta pork, Okutama landlocked salmon, wasabi, and local vegetables!
