Auberge Tokito was born from contemplating how to revitalize Tachikawa’s historic buildings—places deeply cherished by the community. Our theme is “New Japanese Cuisine.” We offer a space that captures the fleeting brilliance of ingredients, rather than focusing solely on the broad concept of “seasonality.”
Beyond dining, we offer refined lodging for only four groups per day and a tea room honoring the aesthetic of tea.
